1 lb. of ground sirloin hamburger meat OR ground chicken
1 cup of onions chopped
1/2 cup of peas
Handful of cashews
2-3 tablespoons of peanut oil (not olive oil)
1 little spoon of mustard seeds
1/2 little spoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of ground corriander
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of ground red pepper
Salt to taste
Package of puff pastry freezer (Pepperidge Farm)

Make forni in frying pan-- peanut oil til hot then add mustard seeds then turmeric. Add onions. Add meat. Add cashews. Add ground cumin and ground corriander. Add curry powder. Add ground red pepper. Add salt to taste. Add peas.

Roll out puff pastry dough thinner. Make round. Moiten half with water. Put in a tablepoon of filling. Then close samosa. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 375º.
