1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, rinsed
3 cans (8oz ea) tomato sauce
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
salt to taste
1/2 box no cook lasagna noodles
2 c. sharp cheddar, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in oil and onion over med high heat until browned. Add the rest of the ingredients through the spices. reduce to simmer and let cook until ready to assemble.
Spray 8 x 8 casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Spread 1 c. sauce on bottom of the dish. Top with 2 noodles, 1 c. meat mixture, and 1/4 c. cheese. Repeat layering twice. Top with last 2 lasagna noodles, remaining meat sauce and cheese.

Spray a piece of foil with cooking spray and wrap tightly. Bake for 50 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese bubbles. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
