8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 slices of white bread
1 lb. bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on bread slices. Roll each slice jelly roll fashion and cut into 5 pinwheels. Cut each strip of bacon into 3 pieces. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each bread pinwheel and secure with toothpick. Place on a baking sheet with 1/2" edges. Bake @ 350º until bacon is brown.

Yield: 40 pieces
