1 deep dish pie shell
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
3 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
DO NOT use electric mixer. Sprinkle nutmeg over bottom of crust. Combine sugar and flour. Beat in eggs and add milk gradually. Stir in margarine. Pour in crust. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
