4 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed and divided
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 C milk
1 can pumpkin
2 pkg (4-serving size) vanilla instant pie and pudding filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk, and sugar in a large bowl with a whisk until well blended.Gently stir in 1/2 whipped topping. Spread onto bottom of pie crust. Pour 1 c. milk into large bowl. Add pumpkin, dry pudding, and spices. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes, or until well blended. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving.
