3 T. butter
3 sliced onions
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. lamb shoulder, cubed
1 15-oz can tomatoes, diced
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions. Mix salt and pepper and roll lamb cubes in seasoning. Brown with onions and stir in tomatoes. Cover and simmer 2 hours adding hot water if necessary to prevent burning. Take off heat and add sour cream and parsley.

Can add potatoes too.
