Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 small pkgs. Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. sour cream
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 box vanilla wafers (save a few for crumbs)
8 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vanilla pudding and milk until thickened. Add sour cream, milk and 1/2 container of Cool Whip or more to taste. Arrange wafers, bananas and pudding mixture in layers, being sure that pudding mixture penetrates between layers. Sprinkle with crushed wafers. (If desired, some Cool Whip can be saved to spread on top before garnishing with wafer crumbs.) Chill 3-4 hours. (This makes a lot so you may want to cut the recipe in half)

Personal Notes:
I like this recipe because you can make a low fat version by using low-fat pudding, cool whip and reduced fat vanilla wafers. You may also want to try a "sugar-free" version using sugar-free pudding and cool whip.
