3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 eggs 9beaten0
1 1/2 cups Wesson Oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups pecans
3 cups raw apples, chopped fine
1 1/4 cups raisins

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar,eggs, Wesson Oil, and vanilla. Fold in apples, pecans, and raisins.
Bake in greased tube pan at 350 degrees for one hour.

Topping; mIx brown sugar,butter, milk, and vanilla and cook for three minutes. Pour over the cake while the cake is still hot in the tube pan. Let set until cool before removing from pan. When cool turn onto wax paper, then onto plate.
