1 (1lb) can salmon (pink or red)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 egg whites
3 tbsp melted margarine
1 tsp parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skins and bones from salmon. Add all ingredients except egg whites and mix. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased pan 45 min - 1 hour at 350º. Sprinkle with paprika.
