1-1/2 Sticks of Margarine
1-1/2 Cups Plain Flour
1 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans
1 8-oz. Package Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
1 Large Cool Whip
2 Boxes Instant Pistachio Pudding
1-1/2 Cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

First Layer:
Melt margarine. Stir in flour and pecans. Put in bottom of 13" x 9" pan and press down. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Second Layer:
Cream cheese with sugar. Fold in 3/4 of Cool Whip and spread over first layer.

Third Layer:
Mix pudding with milk. Spread over second layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.

Refrigerate, serve and enjoy!
