Steak
Crisco
Bakery rolls

Directions:
Get steak that is cut real thin, known as steak roll or chipped steak (usually it is round steak but it is cut thin).

Put a little Crisco in frying pan and fry steak lightly on both sides. Salt and pepper one side then the other. Don't overdo. Serve on rolls (sub rolls are good or regular bakery rolls) with some soup. Makes a good supper and a fairly inexpensive one.
