2-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs, separated
2 c. buttermilk
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift first five ingredients together in mixing bowl. Add egg yolks, buttermilk, vanilla & melted butter; mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into mixture. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron.
