16 slices white bread-cubed (remove crust)
2- 8oz packs Philly cream cheese-cubed
1/3 cup maple syrup
12 eggs
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk and maple syrup and set aside. Place half of bread on bottom of glass casserole (9x13-greased), evenly place cream cheese cubes on top of bread cubes, add remaining bread cubes. Pour the liquid egg mixture over all, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour or until top is brown and firm (uncovered).
