2 pkgs. (3 oz) red jello (raspberry or strawberry work well)
1 1/2 c boiling water
1 1/2 c cold water
1 c chopped fresh cranberries
1 WHOLE orange (peel & all) chopped
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c chopped apple
1/3-1/2 c sugar*
*omit sugar if using sugar-free jello (which I use)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar (if using) in boiling water (stirring till dissolved). Add cold water--chill till slightly thickened (I put in freezer for a little while till slightly thickened). I use a food processor to chop the cranberries,orange,walnuts and apple).

Fold in chopped ingredients with the thickened jello.
Pour into 4 C jello mold or into a serving bowl. Chill until set. YUMMY!!
