1 can corned beef hash
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
10 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce (meatless)
4-6 eggs
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pat corned beef hash in 8x8" square pan. Pour sauce over hash. Cube cream cheese and dot on top of sauce. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour over sauce. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes until eggs are set.
Yield: 6 servings
