2 cans crescent rolls
1/2 pkg frozen sweet potato (8 patties, thawed and cut in half)
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Press crescent rolls all around potato. Place seam side down in a buttered 9x13" dish. Heat sugar, water, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until sugar is dissolved. Pour over rolls, and bake @ 350º for 35 minutes.
