Box of Jiffy corn bread mix
Can of whole kernel corn (do not drain)
Can of cream corn (do not drain)
1 cup of sour cream
1 very soft stick of butter

Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix it all up and pour in an 8x8 greased pan. Cook for 1 hour and enjoy the great fragrance of corn wafting from the oven. You can double it and use a 9x13 pan.

This is a tried and true recipe, easy and wonderful. Great side dish for a pot luck. You can even cook it right before leaving for the party and it will stay hot if you have an insulated bag.
