1 3-4# beef brisket
1 onion-chopped
1/2 c catsup
1/2 c BBQ sauce (whatever flavor you like)
8 oz. coca-cola
1 TBLS. brown sugar
salt,pepper & garlic to taste
carrots---peeled and cut into large chunks.
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except carrots) in a bowl--stir. Pour over brisket in pan ...cover TIGHTLY with aluminum foil.

Bake 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours----add carrots, cook additional 1 hour.*

Serve over lightly buttered egg noodles. sprinkle with parsley.

*Should let "rest" after removing from oven for 10-15 minutes before slicing. (Slice brisket on the diagonal).....Enjoy!!
