Lean Ground Beef
Garlic clove
Peppers (Optional)
1 Bag of frozen corn
1 Can mostly drained black beans
3-4 Cups cooked brown rice
1/2 to whole package of taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Saute clove of garlic and medium onion with choice of burger (or veggie, venison, turkey etc.) peppers diced (optional). Add bag of frozen corn and saute, add black beans, cooked rice and taco seasoning mix. Stir all together. Serve on 100% whole wheat tortillas. Top with salsa ,chopped onions, peppers, shredded cheese, low fat sour cream, etc. as desired.
