Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: 1 c. Crisco oil 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. black walnut flavoring 3 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 C black walnuts, chopped 3 C apples, peeled and chopped Glaze: 1 c. dark brown sugar 1/4 c. milk 1 stick butter

Directions:	Directions: Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and walnut flavoring. Add sifted flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in walnuts and apples. Dredge apples and nuts with part of the flour mixture. Mix by hand as mixture will be sugary. Pour into a 13x9" pan. Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients in a pan and boil for 1 minute. Pour hot glaze over hot cake.
