- Butter
- Flour
- Walnuts
- Cream Cheese
- Confectionery Sugar
- Whipped Cream/Cool Whip
- Chocolate Pudding
- Milk

STEP ONE - Crust:
1 stick of butter - melted
1 cup of flour
¾ cup of chopped walnuts
•Combine ingredients and press to form a crust on the bottom of a 9” x 13” glass dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

STEP TWO - 1st layer:
1 cup of confectionery sugar
One large Cool Whip or 2 small
2 – 8oz. Cream Cheese softened

•Combine ingredients, except save 1 cup of Cool Whip to spread on top for final layer.

STEP THREE - 2nd layer:
2 small boxes of instant chocolate pudding with 3 ½ cups of milk (not 4 cups as directed on box)

•Smooth on top of sugar and cheese layer.

STEP FOUR: - Final Layer:
Spread reserved Cool Whip on top and sprinkle chopped nuts.

•Refrigerate for 4 hours or longer.
