2 cups butter- at room temp
2 cups sugar
1 cup ground almonds
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Blend in almonds and flour. Shape a teaspoons of dough into thin crescents on a greased cookie sheet. Space generously. Bake until light brown. 10-12 mins.
