3-5 pounds Fresh Sweet Potatoes
½ Stick Butter (approximately)
Bag large Marshmallows
Brown Sugar
Frosted Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes. Mash in bowl (whatever collects on the beater, throw away). Add butter and brown sugar (to taste).

Spray glass pan with Pam. Spread sweet potatoes in pan almost to the top. Cover with foil. Cook about 20-30 minutes on 350 degrees.

Take out and add marshmallows at the very end (they will melt into potatoes). Crumble Frosted Flakes and sprinkle on top.
