1-2 bunches green onions
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
10 flour tortillas
paprika to taste
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese and mix with the sour cream and paprika. Finely chop the green onions or use a food processor. Mix onions and sour cream mixture until blended. Spread the mix on the tortillas and roll up the tortillas. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, and then slice in 1/2 - 3/4 inch bites. Serve with salsa on the side.

Note: Light sour cream and light cream cheese can be used, but low fat or fat free tortillas don't work well.
