"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. frozen UNCOOKED shrimp deveined, with peels still on them
1/3 C. apple cider vinegar
1/3 C. water
2-3 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning; plus some extra to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost shrimp for a few hours in the sink (you can run some cold water over top of them to help speed things up). Once shrimp are thawed, rinse them off in a colander in the sink.

Heat a non-stick skillet or saucepan over medium heat. While that’s heating up, combine water and apple cider vinegar in a liquid measuring cup. Then add the Old Bay Seasoning to the measuring cup and mix together (the amount of seasoning you add is really up to you- more seasoning, more flavor. Just be careful not to add too much or the shrimp will be salty).

Throw the shrimp in the pan and then pour the mixture in the measuring cup over top of the shrimp. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink. Remove from skillet/saucepan and drain on plate lined with paper towels. Sprinkle with a couple of extra shakes of Old Bay. Serve immediately.

This is super fast and easy to make with very few ingredients. I love to make this in the summertime with corn on the cob and a nice green salad. This recipe can be easily doubled, tripled, etc. for entertaining as well.
