Serves one to two, or more as an hors d'oeuvre.

4.5 ounces round Brie
2 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place Brie in a ramekin, or a small round ovenproof dish.
2. Poke three holes in center.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, top with preserves and almonds.

Serve with a loaf of sourdough or peasant bread.
