Here is my father's famous eggnog recipe. Dave has been drinking this at Christmas time for a long time...

1 dozen eggs
2 quarts half and half
16 oz. good whiskey
8 oz. brandy
4 oz. rum

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs.

Beat the yolks while adding the whiskey, brandy, and rum. Continue beating and add two quarts half and half. Add sugar to taste. Put in punch bowl.

Clean beaters.

Beat white until they are very thick. Add to the punch bowl. Sprinkle nutmeg and sugar to taste.
