1 med. onion, chopped
4 T. butter
1/8 c.+ flour
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 t.+ nutmeg
white pepper
salt


Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Add flour to make roux. Stir in heavy cream, white pepper, salt and nutmeg. Heat through. Strain out the onions and use sauce as desired.
