2 c. cottage cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 lg egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz macaroni, cooked
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in macaroni. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-qt baking dish, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, and let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
