1 pound salmon filet
non-fat cooking spray
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray salmon with cooking spray and place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper
Mix honey, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Drizzle mixture over top of salmon and bake for 20 minutes.
