1 med. onion, chopped
2 t. butter
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. dill weed
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. Minute instant brown rice
1 c. frozen cut green beans, defrosted
2 T. toasted sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir onion in butter until tender. Add broth, lemon juice and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in green beans, almonds and dill; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6. Recipe may be increased.
