1 pound Seafood Salad (Sam's Wholesale or local grocery)
1 pound peeled, deveined and boiled shrimp
1 box (12 ounce) cooked (al dente) penne or bow tie pasta
1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced red onions
3 tablespoon chopped pimentos
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1 bottle (12 ounce) Italian Salad Dressing

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Chill overnight or at least 2-3 hours before serving.

This is a cool, refreshing dish to serve during the summer months. It can be served as a main course or as a side dish.
