175ml plain dry bread crumbs
2ml Italian seasoning
1ml garlic powder
6 boneless skinless chicken beasts
1 egg beaten
1 700ml jar of pasta sauce (original)
250ml shredded part-skim mozzarella chesse
350g pasta cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F (200F). Combine beadcrumbs, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg then crumb mixture turn to coat.

Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch (33 x23-cm) baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.

Pour pasta sauce over chicken, top with shredded chesse.

Bake addional 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over pasta and your favorite veggie.
