2 Cups Chunk Pineapple
1 Cup Sugar
6 Tbsp. Plain Flour
20 Ritz Crackers
1 Stick Butter
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and place in baking dish. Mix flour and sugar together; then, add to cheese. Pour this over pineapple. Crush crackers and sprinkle over top. Melt butter and drizzle over top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
