3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
16 oz sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Ritz crackers, crushed to cover the top
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 Tbsp poppy or toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

Stir together the first 4 ingredients. Spread half of mixture in a lightly greased 11x7" baking dish. Sprinkle with half of cheese and 1 Tbsp of the seeds. Repeat layers with remaining chicken and 1 Tbsp of seeds. Top with cracker crumbs and remaining seeds. Drizzle with butter/margarine. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

Note: You may use a 9x13" pan and just use one layer.
