1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan. Cool, then enjoy.
