2 whole chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 cup maple flavored syrup
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place, skin side down in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hrs. Turn chicken. Bake uncovered, 30 minutes, basting frequently to glaze.
