1 bag frozen Spinach thawed and drain water
1 package Boneless Porkchops
1 small container Mascarpone
1 small onion
1 can Chicken broth
1 - 2 cloves garlic
Pasta (any kind)

Directions:
Directions:
Add olive oil to pan, season porkchops with salt and pepper. Pan fry both sides, do not cook all the way. Remove porkchops and set on a plate. Add spinach, garlic and onions to the same pan, cook till onions are translucent; add chicken Broth, and stir in Mascarpone. Add Porkchops back into pan with spinach; cover and cook until porkchops are done.
Serve over Pasta.
