1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
2 cups mashed very ripe bananas
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add bananas and eggs. Combine baking soda and flour. Add to banana mixture; stirring just enough to moisten the flour. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins. or until loaves test done. Run knife around edges and turn out immediately. Cool on wire rack.
