2 acorn squash, halved & seeded
2 T. butter, sliced
2 T. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange squash halves cut-side up in an un-greased 13x9 baking pan. Place 1/2 T. butter in each half; sprinkle with sugar and spices. Add about 1/2 inch of water to the pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hr or until tender.
