3 lbs. of ground beef
3 eggs
1/2 tbsp. Parsley flakes
1/2 cup Romano cheese
1 cup bread crumbs (either plain or Italian)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 small, finely chopped onion
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into large balls. Cook on sheet for 20 minutes. Turn and bake for another 20 minutes. Put in sauce and simmer for at least one hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My Italian girlfriend taught me a great trick for 'melt in your mouth meatballs'. Shape the meat into small balls (2" diameter) and cook right in the sauce. Delicious!
