2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup water
1 tsp.salt
1 cup corn (optional)
1 cup macaroni or 1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup catsup
1 1/2 cup tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, onion,and pepper until tender. Add ground beef and brown.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer or bake 1 1/2 hours.
