8 med. potatoes, in jackets
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 green onions, chopped
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in jackets with bay leaf until barely tender, 25 minutes. Cool, peel and coarsely grate. Add butter to soup; stir until smooth. Blend in sour cream, salt, pepper, green onions and 1 1/2 c. cheese. Pour over potatoes and stir gently until blended. Spoon into buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine remaining cheese with crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 10-12.
