1 whole chicken
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing
1 c sour cream
2 c bechamel (see recipe in Sauces)
2 chicken boullion cubes or 2 T chicken base

Directions:
Directions:
In a large covered stock pot, boil the chicken in enough salted water to cover the chicken, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked through. Cool, then pick off all lean pieces of meat. Mix the chicken with the sour cream and place in a buttered 9X13 casserole dish. Prepare the Stove Top© according to package directions, and layer over the chicken. Prepare the bechamel sauce, adding the boullion or base. Pour sauce over the stuffing. Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
