1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c lemon juice
1 t grated lemon rind
2 egg yolks
1 8" graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat filling ingredients on medium until mixture thickens. Pour into pie crust. Top with a 2 egg white meringue, beaten stiff with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes, until meringue is golden brown.
