6 potatoes
2/3 C. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp butter
4 oz. cream cheese; softened
1/2 C. sour cream
2 tsp. dried chives
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C. real bacon crumbles

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Boil potatoes until done. Let cool and peel.

In medium bowl, mash potatoes, milk, & butter. Stir in remaining ingredients, except shredded cheese & bacon, until well combined. Spread mixture in bottom of baking pan; top with cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
