1 ready made unbaked pie crust
6 eggs
2 c milk
2 t salt
1 t black pepper
2 c shredded cheese of choice
1 c cooked ham or bacon chopped
1/4 onion. chopped
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a small pan, saute onion in the butter until tender, then drain. In the pie crust, layer the meat, cheese and onions, then pour egg mixture over. Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes or until the center is done.
