1 c mayonnaise
16 oz sour cream
1 package Knorr's Vegetable Soup mix
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained & chopped
3 stalks green onion, chopped
1 package frozen spinach, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze all water out of spinach, then mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients. Chill for at least an hour, mix again and serve with Bugles, bread cubes or crackers.
