1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Beat sugar butter, vanilla and egg with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Add oats, flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins.

Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown
3 1/2 dozen cookies
