3 cups sifted cake flour
1/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp slat
6 eggs, separated
2 sticks oleo, softened
3 scant cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 8 oz carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. sift cake flour and soda 3 times. Set aside. Add 1/2 tsp salt to egg whites. Beat until peak. Set aside. Cream oleo and sugar together. Add remaining slat and vanilla. Add ylks one at a time, beating after each.
Add flour-soda mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour. Fold in beaten egg whites; pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees one hour or until done.
